We provide free pregnancy testing, emotional support, practical assistance, and professional counseling.
We help any woman with a crisis pregnancy find positive alternatives to abortion. More than 5,000 women visit Birthright Counseling, St. Louis yearly.
Each woman has different needs, and our professional counselors and caring volunteers work together to help you develop an individualized plan.
